Location of Assistive Technology Room

The Assistive Technology Room is located in Room G19 on the Ground Floor of the Murray Library.

Assistive Technology in the University Library

Kurzweil 3000 software is available on all library computers; all library scanners are compatible with Kurzweil. Up to 10 students across campus can access Kurzweil at any one time.

The Murray Library has an Assistive Technology Room located in Room G19, on the ground floor. This room is open during regular library hours and is available on a drop-in, first come-first served basis.  Room G19 has a keycode lock.  Students who register with Disability Services for Students will be provided with the code to enter the room.

Students may also book either of the two workstations located in the Assistive Technology Room during library hours. For more information, please see the Assistive Technology Bookings webpage.

Occasionally, Disability Services for Students books this room for examinations. If the room is booked, a notice will be posted on the door, outlining the booking times. Students will be asked to leave if the room is needed for an exam.
