Rules

  1. Begin with author.
  2. Title of article is not italicized.
  3. Title of the encyclopeadia is italicized.
  4. Include edition and page numbers in parentheses after Encyclopedia name.
  5. If an online resource, include URL.

Heil, K. & Droege, S. B. (2006). Pricing policy and strategy. in M.
      Helms (Ed.). Encyclopedia of managment (5th ed., pp.673-676).
      Retrieved from http://go.galegroup.com/

Encyclopedias on the Web - Wikipedia

Rules

  1. Begin with title if an author is not identified.
  2. Date of access is included as information may change.
