What is Distance & Distributed Library Services (DDLS)?
The Library will supply materials in response to requests submitted using an electronic form. Books will be mailed with a postage paid return label. Mailed copies of journal articles do not have to be returned.
If you are studying off-campus and will not be visiting the UofS Library in person a card is not necessary. Use your NSID and password to request materials and access online resources. Your NSID (abc123) is a unique identifier. If you do not have your NSID and/or password contact the ITS Help Desk toll free (in Canada) at 1-800-966-4817.
If you are studying off-campus and will be visiting the UofS Library in person you will require a student/library card. A UofS photo ID student card can be obtained at the Card Office during regular hours (see here for Card Office location and hours). If you are unable to come when the card office is open, you may obtain a library card from any library branch.
