Funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, ITraP is an interdisciplinary, international training initiative in infectious diseases, food safety and public policy based at the University of Saskatchewan. This program is based on the 'One Health' ideas and goals.
Produces ProMED, an "Internet-based reporting system dedicated to rapid global dissemination of information on outbreaks of infectious diseases and acute exposures to toxins that affect human health, including those in animals and in plants grown for food or animal feed. Electronic communications enable ProMED to provide up-to-date and reliable news about threats to human, animal, and food plant health around the world, seven days a week."

Centres with a clear One Health focus include the National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health and the National Collaborating Centre for Infectious Diseases. Links are provided to a variety of reports produced by individual centres and across the 6 centres.

The Global Risk Forum One Health Summit is "an annual conference that promotes and fosters an integrative approach in managing health risks at the interface of human-, animal- and environmental health with a strong link to food safety and security and to agriculture." Provides information about the upcoming conference.
"The One Health Initiative is a movement to forge co-equal, all inclusive collaborations between physicians, osteopaths, veterinarians, dentists, nurses and other scientific-health and environmentally related disciplines..." Provides lists of One Health events, news, new publications, etc.
Provides information on the Canadian Integrated Program for Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (CIPARS), FoodNet Canada (surveillance program designed to reduce enteric disease), and other surveillance programs, as well as the link between human health and climate change.
