1. If there is no author place the in the author position. This includes in-text citation, wher you will only use the base URL.
2. If there is no date, replace the date with (n.d.), to indicate that there is no date in the document.
3. Include format type in brackets after the title.
4. Include retrieval date if you think that the document or webpage will change.
