Follow these steps to authorize the Nursing Central app on your phone:
On a computer or through a phone browser, connect to Nursing Central. You may need to sign-in using your NSID and password.
Click “log in” in the upper right-hand corner and choose “register for a new account.” Remember to record your Nursing Central account information as you will need it later to sign into the app.
Download the app "Nursing Central" on your mobile device. A Wi-Fi connection is recommended at this point as the app contains a large amount of data.
Sign-in using the personal Nursing Central account you created in step two.
Carry Nursing Central with you everywhere, no internet required.
Download on your smartphone and tablet to:
Diagnose, treat, and follow up on hundreds of medical conditions at the point of care
Save valuable time finding answers using helpful algorithms, tables, and charts
Bookmark frequently searched topics with Favorites
If your app login expires, log into Nursing Central using your phone browser or a computer, and then log into your Nursing Central app again. If you have forgotten your username and/or password click on the "Forgot your username or password?" link.
