Our interlibrary loan (ILL) and document delivery service provides you with digital and print resources from other libraries when we do not have the items you need. We are able to borrow digital and print materials from academic, public and research libraries across Canada and around the world.
As of Monday, September 21, 2020, we are once again able to process ILL requests for print materials. Please note that there may be delays as other libraries that we borrow from may still be closed.
Print items borrowed through ILL can be retrieved from our Self-Service Contactless Pickup location. You will receive an email letting you know when your item is ready to pick up. They can also be mailed to you (within Canada) via Distance and Distributed Library Services.
You are able to place interlibrary loans requests here.
If you have any questions or concerns, or are unable to use the form to place an interlibrary loan request, you may contact us here:
Alumni will need to contact interlibrary loans via email.
Fines did not accrue between March 18, 2020 and August 31, 2020. As of September 1, 2020 fines for recalled items, interlibrary loans, and lost, damaged, or missing items will be reinstated as per our Borrowing Policies.
You can pay your library fines by phone using VISA or MasterCard. Mondays through Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm, call 306-966-6043 for assistance.
