Canadian Legal Words and Phrases (Lexis Advance Quicklaw)
From Lexis Advance Quicklaw: "This source contains legal words and phrases definitions that come from different reliable sources. Judicially defined words and phrases are from Canadian court decisions found in the All Canadian Judgments source and from all board and tribunal sources on Quicklaw from the year 2000 to 2005. In addition, over 9,000 caselaw definitions were added from the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth dating back to the 15th century. This source also contains over 13,000 legal maxims, Latin phrases and terms defined in Canadian federal and provincial statutes, rules and regulations."
