The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th ed.) is the official source for citing in APA style.

Textual works are covered in-depth in Sections 10.1–10.8 of the 7th edition of the Publication Manual. For reference examples not listed on this page, refer to the Publication Manual or to the APA Style website.
The Publication Manual includes many other examples of reports and gray literature, such as Annual Reports (section 10.4, number 54) and Policy Briefs (section 10.4, number 58).
Curriculum guides are government publications. Here is an example of how to cite such a guide:

Reference examples for reviews are not listed on the APA Style website. However, the Publication Manual includes examples of film, book, or TV series reviews in section 10.7.
