When using Covidence for knowledge synthesis, develop a data management plan that describes how your data will be collected, organized, analyzed, stored, preserved, and shared (when applicable) over the course of your project.
When describing Covidence in your data management plan, we encourage you to use the following language:
Covidence is a University of Saskatchewan supported web-based platform that manages the citations derived from Knowledge Synthesis projects. No restricted or limited data will be stored in Covidence. Data stored within Covidence will be the responsibility of [insert the name of the principal investigator, project lead, or other person(s) responsible for oversight of the data] who will monitor, review, and delete data as needed.
