Book reviews are not very common in the scientific disciplines. However, Web of Science is a large multidisciplinary database which does include the option to limit your search to only book reviews, and you may find book reviews from the sciences there.
Note: Be aware that when searching for reviews in scientific databases, you may come across "review papers", which are different than book reviews. A review paper will summarize and evaluate or interpret several pieces of existing research on one topic. It will not be a review of one specific book.
From the main search page, click on More Settings. Ensure that the only choices selected are Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED) and Book Citation Index - Science (BKCI-S). Perform your search. On the Results page, refine your results to "Book Review" under Document Types on the left-hand side, and then click Refine.
