Cultural Wellness Club Film Screenings

The Cultural Wellness Club presents Scene Society. On February 2nd, 2024 and February 27th, the Cultural Wellness Club will be screening Rafiki, the first Kenyan film to be screened at a festival. It was nominated for two prizes at the Cannes Film Festival. 

Join the Provost's book club!

Join the Provost's book club, featuring The Black Prairie Archives: An Anthology, on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm during February, 2024. 

Book club members can join the gatherings in person or online via Zoom. Registration is not required in advance. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and retirees are welcome to attend one, two, or all three weekly sessions. Please note that there will be no book club gathering during USask’s Winter Mid-Term Break, which is scheduled from Feb. 19 to Feb. 23, 2024.

USask Culinary Services celebrates Black History Month!

Grab a bite to eat at the Marquis Culinary Centre! Each event will feature a unique menu highlighting the rich cultural heritage and delicious cuisine of the African diaspora.
