Download BibTex Entries from IEEE Xplore Digital Library

Conduct your search in the usual way. Open the reference you wish to save.

Click Download Citations, Select BibTex, and click Download Citation.

This will open a new page with BibTex entry. Copy and paste the strings to your BibTex database.
