This guide was conceived as an internal resource for the Library to help those presenting and developing content use the various technology in different and effective ways.

Checking Registrations Before a Meeting or Workshops

Do you want to know how many people have registered prior to your meeting or workshop? Below is a step-by-step account of how to check registrations numbers. This function can only be done by the "host."

Step #1. Sign into Zoom. You'll arrive at the profile page.

Step #2. Click on the "Meetings: button on the left-side scroll menu. You will arrive here:

You should have a list of upcoming meetings and workshops that will look something like this:

Step #3: Click on the meeting or workshop you would like to get the registration numbers for. It should then look something like this:

Step #4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you can see the number of registrants. Below there were two people registered in the workshop shown.

Step #5. Notice in the above screen shot there is a blue hyperlink called "View" at the right top of the page. Click if you would like more information on the registrants. It will look like this:

Now you are ready to check your workshops for registrants.

Checking Attendees After a Meeting or Workshop

Attendance gets stored in a file in your Zoom account under reports. Below is a step-by-step account of how to find these, and share, if so desired.

Step #1. Log into your Zoom account. You will first see your profile.

Step #2. Click on Report from the left side scroll menu. You will arrive at a page that looks like this.

Step #3. Click on the Usage link at the top.

You will arrive to a page that looks like this: 

Step #4. Indicate a date range that includes the meeting or workshop that you are looking for.

You will arrive to a page that lists the date from the meetings in the date range.

Step #6. Scroll down until you reach the scroll  bar then scroll right until you see the "Participants" value at the top.

Step #7. Click on the hyperlinked number for the workshop you just did. It will show you the participants' information:

Step #8. Click the blue "Export" button at the top right. It will export to your computer. Save the exported file and send it to whomever you want or need to.
