This guide was conceived as an internal resource for the Library to help those presenting and developing content use the various technology in different and effective ways.
Close Captions and Audio Transcriptions
In order to ensure there is a close-captioned file available for your workshop, ensure these steps are followed:
1. Once your meeting has started, click on the CC Live Transcript icon (bottom toolbar)
2. Click on Enable
3. It can be distracting to see the transcriptions as you present, so to hide the captions, click on the ^ (up arrow) beside the CC Live Transcription icon and choose Hide Subtitle. You can also tell the meeting attendees to do the same.

If you schedule your own workshops, ensure your Zoom Settings are as follows:
Settings > Meetings:
