You can use polls during your workshop but in order to use them you must create the poll beforehand. In this section you will find step-by-step instructions on how to set up polls prior to your meeting or workshop.
Step #1. Go to the bottom of the page on your upcoming workshop.
Step #2. Click on the greyed out "Polls" at the top most right.
Step #3. To create a poll click the blue "Create" button. You will get the following popup:
Keep as is if you want one correct answer or click on the "Single answer" drop down and change to "Multiple Choice."
Step #4: Click on their respective areas to write the poll name, question, and answers.
You can add questions by clicking "Add Question" at the bottom.
Step #5. Anonymize the answers by clicking on the ellipsis at the bottom of the popup:
Step #6: Click "Save." When you do you will go back to the original page and see your poll listed:
Step #7. You can deactivate your poll in the status drop down or delete it at the far left. You can also go to the pencil icon if you'd like to edit it prior to the workshop.

You have set your poll and now you can use it during your meeting or workshop. As soon as you open your meeting you'll notice there is a "Polls" button at the bottom:
When you click on the button you get a pop-up:
At this point only you can see it. You have the option of editing the poll or launching. When you launch it looks like this:
You can see how long the poll has been running and how many people have participated at the top. When you end the poll, by clicking the "End Poll" button, you will be given the option to share the results with those in the meeting or workshop.
