The International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) "is the foundation for the identification of health trends and statistics globally, and the international standard for reporting diseases and health conditions. It is the diagnostic classification standard for all clinical and research purposes" (source).
The ICD-10 (three volume set) is available in print in the Health Sciences Library The ICD-11 is currently being rolled-out (more information about this can be found on the World Health Organization's ICD website).
