Course reserves is a library service that works with instructors to make course readings and other assigned materials accessible directly in Canvas, our campus learning management system. Your students access course reserves items as links or PDFs directly in your Canvas course alongside your syllabus and other course information. Please use the electronic form: Put items on course reserve for my class to add items to your course reserve lists.
Please take note of the following reminders:
Prior to requesting items for your course reserve lists please review the USask Fair Dealing Guidelines - Copyright information.
The Fair Dealings Guidelines explain rules around copying and percentage of books that can be shared with your students.
For books that are only available in print, instructors can work with their librarian to determine alternate resources that would meet the desired learning outcomes. Contact Greg Wurzer for help.
