EndNote 20: What is EndNote?

Introduction to EndNote 20, bibliographic citation management software.

What is EndNote?

**The most current version of EndNote available is EndNote 20. If you are using EndNote X7, please refer to this guide. For assistance with X8 or X9, please refer to Clarivate's support site.

EndNote 20 is a desktop-based program that lets you manage and organize all of your references, import multiple references from databases, insert references easily into papers, and create instant bibliographies.

It must be purchased from USask IT Acquisitions, but once purchased you will own the product forever. When used in conjunction with EndNote Online (free) you can share references with colleagues and access references anytime or anywhere.

If you aren't sure if you're ready to commit to buying EndNote, you can download a free 30-day trial version .  Please note that the "trial version" is fully featured, and the same as the paid version. If it's not for you, you can export your citations into the citation manager of your choice.
